The Diana Foundation distributed $18,500 to our local beneficiaries at our membership meeting on July 18, 2017. Thanks to our fundraising efforts throughout the past year and especially our overly successful 65th Awards Show, we almost doubled what we had planned to distribute this year.
The beneficiaries this year included: Bayou City Performing Arts, The Botts Collection, The Dalton DeHart Photographic Foundation, Out for Education, the University of Houston LGBTQ Resource Center, the University of Houston Libraries, , The Pet Patrol, and Montrose Grace Place. It was an honor to present these well deserving agencies with their checks at our meeting.
